For my needs, visiting a family member with no space for me in Lake Forest Park, (10 minutes away) this is awesome. Quiet, affordable, clean. The kitchen has very basic amenities (took me a minute to figure out the coffee maker for one cup) but helpful to have a fridge and stove available, to avoid having to use restaurants too much.
Considering the great price, I found this place to be ideal. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Thank you to the Guesthouse owner for providing clear instructions and making my stay very enjoyable and hassle free. I will recommend it to others.
This place is AMAZING. I came here for 4-5 nights right before booking my apartment and was amazed with the homey feel! Great if you want a place that feels lived in and loved!
A very clean place. We have been travelling for 10 days and this is the most clean place we stayed for the price. Everything is provided. Free parking. All necessary information is written on the walls, no need to contact a manager. We tired of eating outside. Decided to cook. Had everything we needed in this case too. So satisfied with the place, decided to write a review earlier. We still have 2 more days to stays. From just these pictures you can see how accurate and clean is this place! Thanks!!!
This is a perfect place for a single traveler. No TVs, but everyone has a phone or laptop anyway and the Wi-Fi was better than most hotels. It's a very cool no-contact concept and the well-stocked kitchen has almost everything you need to cook, store or heat food. There are several visitor rooms and each room shares a bathroom with one other, but it was never any problem and all the common areas are cleaned meticulously each day. The bed was very nice and the walls are very well insulated, and noise was no issue even with the nearby highway. Everything is a 15-20 minute walk away, so a car is recommended.
